Given the health evolution of COVID-19 in Spain and Europe, we inform you that from today we activate the Prevention Protocol that we at AVM have prepared based on the Government’s recommendations for the containment of the virus.
This protocol consists of dividing the staff into two teams that will work alternately daily, one day in the office and the other from home, thus guaranteeing the health of our teams and maintaining the normal operation of the office.
We combine all our efforts and talent to continue offering our clients the best service and, above all, in these complicated moments, trying to guarantee the normality of our activity, which to date has not suffered any type of impact.
To this end, we request that visits to our offices be restricted as much as possible and that communications, as far as possible, be made by mail, to the address of each officer or collaborator they already have and that they will be fully operational at all times. Payments must be made by depositing the account that we previously indicated in order to avoid face-to-face activity as much as possible
The telephone service will be carried out from Monday to Thursday from 9.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and from 4.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m., and Friday only during said morning hours.
This circular is sent only to the owners/as for whom we have an email account, given the urgency and impossibility of doing so by mail. Thanking the presidents proceed to hang this statement in a visible place for the knowledge of the owners who do not have email.
In the same way, we believe it appropriate to suspend all scheduled meetings until this moment of health crisis is overcome. Question that we will address by telephone with each of the presidents.
We hope that this period passes as quickly as possible and we take this opportunity to transfer all our support and solidarity to all those affected and our immense gratitude to the health team that is working to control the situation.
